Portfolio Holder agreed:

That the attached Guidance for Applicants Implementing Biodiversity
Net Gain (Appendix 1) is endorsed, subject to minor editorial
amendments, and published in final form as soon as is
practical.

That the Guidance will be a material planning consideration in the
determination of planning applications.
