report seeking for the approval of the first report of the Local
Planning Authority on compliance with the biodiversity duty.

The Planning Policy and Economic Development
Portfolio Holder agreed:

That the attached report ‘Biodiversity Duty 2024-2026: First
Consideration – Establishing the Baseline’ is endorsed
and published as soon as is practical.
 

·        
That the attached report is updated on an annual basis as of 1
January each year.
 

·        
That each annual update is approved and published by the Head of
Planning and Regeneration in consultation with the Portfolio
Holder.
