to endorse updating four GeoPDF’s
to refine the Flood Zone 3b in accordance with the original
methodology as set out within the Fylde Coast Authorities Level 1
Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) 2024.

That the attached GeoPDF’s C4,
C5, D4 and D5 (Appendix 1) replace existing GeoPDF’s C4, C5, D4 and D5 and that this is
endorsed and published as soon as practical.

That subsequent updates to the Fylde Coast Authorities Level 1
Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) 2024 are delegated to the
Assistant Director of Planning and Building Control.
