Purpose

Green Infrastructure is a key part of any new
residential developments and the Council seeks to use the latest
available information when considering Green Infrastructure
matters.

The Guidance for Applicants is updated annually to achieve
this.

Decision

To adopt for immediate use the Guidance for
Applicants Green Infrastructure in Residential Developments (Policy
HP9) as updated June 2025.
