with Sowerby Neighbourhood Plan.

Decision

The Assistant Director of Planning and
Building Control submitted a report to consider an indicative
minimum housing need figure for Inskip-with-Sowerby Neighbourhood
Plan.

The Planning Policy and Economic Development
Portfolio Holder agreed:

To approve the indicative minimum housing need figure of 150
dwellings, that will be used to inform the preparation of the
Inskip-with-Sowerby Neighbourhood Plan.
 

·      
That any revisions to the Inskip-with-Sowerby Neighbourhood Plan
indicative housing need figure be agreed by the Assistant Director
of Planning and Building Control in consultation with the Planning
Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder, as necessary,
before formally notifying Inskip-with-Sowerby Parish Council.
