Decision

The Assistant Director of Environmental
Services submitted a report to seek approval to allocate
£136,740 of capital receipts to fund capital works enhancing
the existing Young People’s Place on Windsor Road, Garstang
and for the scheme to be added to the 2025/26 Capital
Programme.

Portfolio Holder agreed:

That approval is given to allocate £136,740 of capital
receipts to upgrade the existing Garstang Young People’s
Place and add the replacement and enhancement works to the 2025/26
Capital Programme.

That the Portfolio Holder authorise the Assistant Director of
Environmental Services to appoint Axo
Leisure Ltd to undertake the work proposed following a successful
tendering exercise.
