adoption of the Affordable Housing Guidance.

Portfolio Holder agreed:

That the Portfolio Holder for Planning Policy and Economic
Development adopts the Affordable Housing Guidance which will be a
material planning consideration and used to determine planning
applications that include affordable housing provision.
