accept the forecast PiPP capital and
revenue allocations in line with MHCLG’s ten-year funding
profile and timeline, during the period that the authority is the
designated accountable body.

The Resources Portfolio Holder and the
Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder
agreed:

To act as accountable body and accept £150,000 in capacity
funding for 2025/26, to support establishment and early
mobilisation of Fleetwood’s Pride in Place Programme.

To note the timeline for submission of key documents to MHCLG, and
the council’s role in the process as accountable body for the
Fleetwood Neighbourhood Board, with responsibility for the
Government funding secured under the PiPP programme until further notice.

·      
To authorise the Director of Communities and the Director of
Finance and Governance (S.151 Officer), to work with
Fleetwood’s Neighbourhood Board to support a successful
programme and fulfil the council’s role in accordance with
MHCLGs requirements on the council as accountable body.
