To seek approval to enter into a Service Level Agreement with Blackpool Council for the provision of our Health and Safety Service commencing 1 September 2026 which will run through to vesting day.

Decision

The Director of Transformation and Change submitted a report to seek approval to enter into a Service Level Agreement with Blackpool Council for the provision of our Health and Safety Service commencing 1 September 2026 which will run through to 31 March 2028.

Decision

The Resources Portfolio Holder agreed:

·       That approval be given to agree a Service Level Agreement with Blackpool Council to provide our Health and Safety service for the period 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2028 at a fixed cost of £35,000 per annum.
