Content: Salford City Council - Record of Decision   Title: Lease Renewal of Unit H Modewheel Industrial Estate, Mode Wheel Road, Salford   I, Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City Mayor and Lead Member for Finance, Support Services and Regeneration , in exercise of the powers contained within the City Council’s constitution do hereby;   Approve the provisionally agreed heads of terms for the lease renewal of Unit H Modewheel Industrial Estate, Mode Wheel Road, Salford on the provisionally agreed terms.
