Cabinet noted the details, as set out in the submitted exempt appendix, including a revised mix of funding. ·       Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director of Regeneration, Housing and Environmental Services or nominated deputy in consultation with the Lead Member for Regeneration and Development to appoint professional services and agreed the revised contract to facilitate the purchase of 164 homes at Syon Lane, Brentford.
