Content: Recommended to Council (as part of the budget setting process): (25 February 2025)   That the proposals, as detailed in Section 2 of Report number PAS/WS/24/030 and Appendix A (Budget Assumption Changes), be included in the 2025 to 2026 Revenue Budget.
