Purpose: To seek the delegation of Cabinet/Members with respect to the provisions of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 which will enable officers to fulfil the requirements of the new ‘Special Procedures’ licensing regime.

Content: (a)       That Overview and Scrutiny support the delegation to officers of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 be noted; and   (b)       That Overview and Scrutiny support the Constitution be amended accordingly to reflect the delegation.
