Content: The Board endorsed:   1.  The progress being made on the Preventing Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy  2.  The 2024 Housing Analysis document, as set out in Appendix 1;  3.  The establishment of a Preventing Homelessness Partnership Board to oversee the implementation of the Preventing Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy;  4.  Note the intention to advertise for a new non-Council chair of the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Strategic Housing Group in 2025-26.
