Purpose:

Content: 1.    That an extension to the current Youth Housing Service contract for 15 months from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2027 be approved, due to unforeseen circumstances that now require a wider review of young people’s supported accommodation needs to inform future service requirements.   2.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director – Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children’s Services, Community Safety, Procurement and Migration, to take all decisions necessary to deliver the recommendation above.
