Purpose: By Minute 42 (18 October 2022), the Cabinet approved revised terms for the Development Agreement between the Council and Robyna UK Ltd for a residential-led joint development scheme at land at London Road / North Street, Barking.    The Cabinet will be asked to approve the way forward for the project in view of the current lack of progress.
