Purpose: To determine the admissions arrangements for the academic year

Content: Determined the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s admissions arrangements for all mainstream community nursery, primary and secondary schools, including Post 16, for the 2026/27 academic year as set out in Appendix A of the report.  The changes in the arrangements are:   o   Reducing the published admission number (PAN) for Discovery and Montbelle Primary Schools from September 2026. See details in Paragraph 4.9 i of the report).   o   Amending the definition of 'children of staff' under the priority given to children of staff over children ranked according to distance, to include children of all staff members. See details in Paragraph 4.9 ii of the report).   Agreed to participate in the Pan London co-ordinated admission system for Reception and Year 7 for the 2026/27 academic year as set out in Appendix B of the report.
