Purpose: The purpose of this report is to make the Committee aware of the Draft Place Information and Delivery Team Strategy 2025-2030 which has been produced following review of the Planning Information and Delivery Team Strategy 2022-2025. Committee are requested to consider the outcomes of the review and provide comment on the draft Strategy. Comments provided by all six Area Committees will be considered by officers and reflected in the final version presented to Infrastructure Services Committee for approval.

Content: The Committee agreed to provide the following comments on the PID Team Strategy:-   1.         consider the wording of the vision to ensure that it balances what we would like to do against what we can do, given the budgetary position;   2.         ensure that clear definitions are provided around masterplans and Masterplan Consent Areas (MCAs) to reduce confusion;   3.         would prefer to see the management of performance reported rather than the development of a strategy; and   4.         it is important that Place is not put before everything else as it is a lens and not the only consideration e.g. One Aberdeenshire
