Content: RESOLVED: Cabinet a)    Endorsed the new Local Transport Plan, as appended to this report and recommends it to Full Council for approval and adoption. b)    Agreed to delegate authority to the Executive Director for Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport, to agree the final version for publishing.   REASONS RESOLVED: It is a statutory requirement to adopt and publish a Local Transport Plan as specified in the Transport Act 2000.   ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS: None
