Content: Decision Taken: The Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance and Transformation considered the recommendations within the report and resolved to APPROVE the recommendations therein to fund 1.    the replacement of the George Moore Bridge railings and 2.    the first responder kit. The details, numbers, and quotes listed in paragraph 4.1 of the report, with the total cost estimated at just under £5,300 were noted. It was emphasized that this expenditure would be covered by the estimated £12,000 remaining from the budgeted income for the financial year.   Additionally, the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Finance and Transformation agreed to delegate the authority for any additional expenditure to David Stanley, the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with himself, as mentioned in paragraph 4.2 of the report.
