Content: Cllr Mark Hawthorne sought Cabinet approval to utilise Homes for Ukraine (HFU) tariff grant funding received by the County Council from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to continue to top-up host payments from April 2025 for up to three years, including those hosting guests on the Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) scheme, thus encouraging the continuation of hosting arrangements.     Having considered all of the information, Cabinet noted the report and RESOLVED to:   Approve the allocation of up to £1,767,560 from the HFU tariff grant for the purpose of continuing to top-up host payments to £600 per month to all hosts participating in the Homes for Ukraine Scheme for up to three years, from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028.
