Content: It was moved by Councillor Rowse, seconded by Councillor Wells, and   RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of Council held on 21 January 2025 were correctly recorded and that they be signed by the Chairman, subject to the addition in Minute Ref CC/585 of (viii) “the resolution as drafted did not appear to appropriately deal with Member oversight of the process including the Overview and Scrutiny process.”
