Content: To comment to Education and Children’s Services Committee on the recommendation in the consultation report at section 14.2 to permanently close Clatt School and re-assign its catchment area to Rhynie School that, while the Committee was sad to see a rural school closed, in this case it had been a long process and was unfotunately inevitable.
