Content: RESOLVED to:   1)      Note the national early years funding rates for 2025-26;   2)      Note the changes in supplement funding arrangements and funding rates for 2025-26;   3)      Approve the changes to the Early Years Single Funding Formula allocations for 2025-26 as set out in section 4.5 of the report; and   4)      Note the central early years budgets approved by the Schools Forum.
