A Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on Wyesham Road and Highmeadow, Monmouth. A Limited Waiting Disabled Persons Parking Place on Hardwick Terrace B4293, Chepstow.   It is further recommended that the proposed order identified below be approved and implemented, with the extents of the order being subject to an insubstantial modification resulting in a less onerous arrangement than that originally proposed, as detailed in drawing 2205 REV B.   A Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on Wyesham Avenue, Monmouth.
