Content: It was moved by Councillor Keeling, seconded by Councillor J Thomas, and RESOLVED that it be RECOMMENDED TO COUNCIL that the number of occasions that urgency and call-in provisions have been used in the municipal year 2024-2025 to date be noted and assurance taken from the Constitution and Governance Committee’s assessment that no changes to the provisions are currently required.
