Purpose: This report will introduce the draft Strategic Plan 2025-2035 for IJB to review and the board will be asked to agree formal consultation on the draft Strategic Plan to commence.

Content: Amend the title of this report on the agenda to “Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership Draft Priorities 2025-2035”.   1.1  to note the proposed priorities which will be further developed, taking cognisance of alignment with other relevant ongoing work, including the Recovery Plan; 1.2  To note the proposed timescale for the development of the Strategic Plan 2025-2035; and 1.3  To note that a further report will be presented to the IJB once the ongoing work has been progressed.
