Purpose: To agree to submit the interim plan for Local Government Reorganisation in Surrey to the Government for the 21st March 2025 deadline.

Content: RESOLVED That  (i)    the comments on the Interim Plan made by Full Council at the meeting on 18th March 2025 be noted; and           (ii)   the Interim Plan, included at Appendix 1 to the report, be submitted to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on behalf of the twelve Surrey authorities on or before 21st March 2025. Reason:   The decision to submit the Interim Plan to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government on behalf of the twelve Surrey authorities is a decision of the Executive.
