Purpose: To review the Q3 Performance for 2024/25.

Content: RESOLVED – that Executive AGREED to:   (i)             Note the Key Performance Indicators for Q3 2024/25 as detailed in the report and at Annex 1. (ii)           Approve the Key Performance Indicators to be reported on in 2025/26 as detailed in Annex 1.1. (iii)         Note the Revenue Budget and Capital Programme forecasts for Q3 2024/25 as detailed in the report and Annexes 2 and 3; (iv)         Approve the reprofiling of the capital programme as detailed in Annex 3.1 and additional capital funding as part of the programme in Annex 3.2 (v)           Note the Prudential and Treasury Management Indicators at Annex 4 and the Q3 Treasury Management Performance Update for 2024/25 at Annex 5. (vi)         Note the Housing Focus on Homelessness Update Q3 at Annex 6.
