Content: RESOLVED: The Planning Policy Committee: a)       Agreed that public consultation be undertaken on the draft Grand Union and Oxford Canal Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan SPD (Appendices A to D), which includes proposed changes to the conservation area boundary. b)      Delegated to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist Services authority to make minor editorial and presentational changes to the draft Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan SPD prior to the public consultation commencing.
