Purpose: Cabinet has agreed to consult on the draft Thanet Cycling & Walking Infrastructure Plan (TCWIP). The draft Plan is the consolidation of nearly three years’ work on developing a potential network of cycling and walking routes in the District, and this report sets out the need for, and a recommendation to undertake, wider public consultation on the draft Plan.
