Content: Application GRANTED subject to: The following local conditions: General Management for All Premises – Conditions 1 – 4 • Noise – All Premises – Condition 5 • Lockfast Store – All Premises – Condition 6 • Children and Young Persons – Conditions 7 – 11 P • Vulnerability – All Premises – Condition 19 • CCTV – All Premises – Condition 21 • Beer Gardens & Outdoor Drinking Areas – Conditions 31* 11pm– 33 Following specific conditions:- In lieu of providing additional portable wash hand facilities utilising a portable supply of running water of sufficient volume for the BBQ operation, it will be acceptable instead, for the BBQ to be located within 5 metres of existing indoor hand wash facilities – existing condition to remain on the licence. Food Safety • Any outdoor events (patio area adjacent to the café/shop and lawn adjacent to Barra Barn venue/function hall) or indoor events (Barra Barn Venue/function hall) where food is prepared and served shall have wash hand facilities within three metres of the preparation area with a supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and hygienic drying facilities. Outdoor Drinking Areas:- • The licence holder shall ensure that the use of recorded music or unamplified forms of live music is permitted in the outdoor area(s) providing it is background music only. • The licence holder shall ensure that no other amplified music or noise emitted from the use of microphones, speakers or other forms of entertainment shall be played within the outdoor area(s) • The licence holder shall ensure that Background music shall not be played in the outdoor area(s) after 10.00pm.
