Purpose: To agree to submit the full plan for Local Government Reorganisation in Surrey to the Government for the 9th May 2025 deadline.

Content: RESOLVED That  (i)    the Final Plan options for Local Government Reorganisation in Surrey, included at Appendix 1 to the report, be noted;           (ii)   any comments by Council on the Final Plan be reported to the meeting of the Executive on 8 May 2025; and           (iii)  the Executive on 8 May 2025 be recommended to support a three unitary authority model with three Councillors representing each of the divisions.
