Content: Agreed the proposed work programme for the Overview and Scrutiny Committee and its Scrutiny Panels for 2025-26 as set out at Appendix A, put forward in accordance with the Council’s Constitution.   Agreed to delegate authority to the Chief Executive to vary the programme in consultation with the Chair of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
