Purpose:

Content: In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were made:   Item 6 Councillor Mair made a transparency statement by virtue of being the Vice Convener of Fraserburgh Harbour where Ocean Winds also have an Operation and Maintenance base for their Moray East windfarm.  Councillor Mair further advised that she attended an Ocean Winds event.   On applying the objective test she concluded that there was no interest to declare.    Item 6 Councillor Cox made a transparency statement by virtue of attending an Ocean Winds event, however having applied the objective test he concluded that there was no interest to declare.  Item 6 Councillor Stewart Adams made a transparency statement by virtue of attending an event hosted at the Scottish Parliament on behalf of Ocean Winds, however having applied the objective test he concluded there was no interest to declare.    Item 6 Councillor Menard made a transparency statement by virtue of attending an event hosted at the Scottish Parliament on behalf of Ocean Winds, however having applied the objective test he concluded there was no interest to declare.    Items 10 and 11 Councillor Cox made a transparency statement by virtue of his association with Banff Castle and that Aberdeenshire Council have previously provided funding, however having applied the objective test he concluded that as the agenda items related to process and not allocation of funds he had no interest to declare.
