Content: 1.              To authorise that a 21 years and eleven months lease for the Tulse Hill Adventure Playground located at Greenleaf Close, SW2 2EY is granted to High Trees Community, Development Trust (CDT) on the terms set out in this report from 20 May 2025 (as per the site plan in Appendix A).   2.              To authorise that the rent in the lease of £22,750 per annum is waived while the services set out in the Community Service Agreement (CSA) are being provided from the property (see Appendix B).   These are monitored annually by the Council’s children’s commissioning officers.  If they are not met, this is deemed a breach of lease terms.
