Purpose:

Content: 1.    That the appointments to those bodies set out in Appendix A to the report be approved.   2.    That appointments to organisations as detailed in the updated Appendix B to the report, be delegated to the Leader of the Council in consultation with Group Leaders.   3.    That appointments to organisations as detailed in the updated Appendix C to the report be delegated to the Executive Councillors, in consultation with Group Leaders.   4.    That Councillor Sean Matthews is appointed as the Lead Member to the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority and is authorised to give statutory consent to the exercise of those functions requiring such statutory consent in accordance with the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority Regulations 2025
