Content: Councillor Nicol declared an interest in Item 5 as she had a personal connection to the applicant and their business operated here.  She confirmed that she would leave the meeting whilst this item was discussed.   Councillor Nicol also declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 6 as she knew one of the objectors however, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she would remain and take part in the determination of the item.   Councillor McAllister declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 6 as she knew one of the objectors however, having applied the objective test, she concluded that she would remain and take part in the determination of the item.   Councillor Owen declared an interest in Item 9 as she had visited one of the bidders during a tour of local businesses with a Member of Parliament, further going on to become a client.  She confirmed that she would leave the meeting whilst this item was discussed   Councillor Crawley declared a Transparency Statement in relation to Item 9 as he had visited one of the bidders during a tour of local businesses with a Member of Parliament however, having applied the objective test, he concluded that he would remain and take part in the determination of the item.
