Content: (Key decision):   (1) To approve the draft Air Quality Strategy   (2) To grant delegated authority to the Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Regeneration and Planning to –   (a) carry out public consultation on the draft strategy; and   (b) in consultation with the Cabinet member for Carbon Neutral 2030 and Water Champion, to adopt the strategy, having due regard to the public consultation outcome.
