Purpose: Pursuant to an Authorisation from Cabinet (20/09/2023): Commissioning a Technology Enabled Care Service

Content: Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process in respect of a contract for the supply of a Technology Enabled Care Equipment Service (TEC Service), and having consulted with Cllr Dr Kate Usmar, Cabinet Member for Adults’ Support and Independence in accordance with a Cabinet decision dated 20 September 2023:    DECISION    To award a Call-Off Contract for the supply of TEC Services under Lot 2 of the ESPO Technology Enabled Care Products and Services Framework to the preferred tenderer, namely Careium UK Ltd. The Call-Off Contract shall continue for an initial period of 5 years and include an option to extend its term for a further period of not more than 2 years.
