Content: Resolved   That Cabinet   1)    approves the commencement of appropriate procurement activity in relation to the composting of garden waste; and   2)    authorises the Executive Director for Communities to enter into any contracts or agreements and to take such steps as are considered necessary to implement Recommendation 1 on terms and conditions acceptable to the Executive Director for Resources.
