Purpose:

Content: 1.      To approve amendment of the IFS to include the following projects and approve the allocation of CIL funds to them totalling £1,177,631.38: ·         EV charge point installation at Strawberry Fields and Town Centre locations ·         Solar installation at Chorley Bus Station ·         Astley Park playing pitch enhancements ·         Westway active track and car park extension ·         St Laurence’s Church Wellness Hub improvements ·         Hollinshead Centre refurbishment and addition of new entrance, foyer and toilet block (Phases 1-2, 4-7 and 10) 2.      To approve the amendment of an existing project on the IFS from ‘Reconfiguration and modernisation of Chorley Health Centre to transform the health centre into a Health Hub, Collison Avenue, Chorley – Phase 1’ to ‘Reconfiguration and modernisation of Chorley Health Centre to transform the health centre into a Health Hub, Collison Avenue, Chorley – Phase 1 and Phase 2’ and approve the allocation of an additional £748,500 of CIL funds to the project. 3.      To approve removal of the following projects from the IFS as it is now completed: ·         King George V Playing Fields
