Content: It was moved by Councillor Jenkin, seconded by Councillor M Thomas, that Councillor Rowse be elected Vice-Chairman.   There being no other nominations, on a show of hands, it was   RESOLVED that Councillor Rowse be elected Vice-Chairman.
