Content: RESOLVED:   The Planning Policy Committee: a)    Agreed that West Northamptonshire Council will not accommodate any unmet Gypsy and Traveller pitches from Rugby Borough at this time. b)    Agreed the draft response to the Rugby Borough Local Plan Preferred Option consultation (with the addition of comments regarding concerns raised by Barby and Olney Parish Council; regarding Rainsbrook Valley, and; regarding cycleways to Rugby Parkway Station) c)     Delegated to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist Services authority to make minor editorial and presentational changes to the response prior to submission.
