Content: It was moved by Councillor Gow, seconded by Councillor Channon, that Councillor Donnithorne be elected Chairman.   On a show of hands, it was unanimously   RESOLVED that Councillor Donnithorne be elected Chairman.   Councillor Donnithorne thereupon took the Chair and thanked Members for his election and thanked the previous Chairman.
