Content: 1.    That the re-procurement of the Occupational Health Contract as set out in the report be approved.   2.    That authority be delegated to the Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director – Resources, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Resources, to take all necessary decisions, including the determination of the final form contract and to approve the entering into of the new contract.
