Content: Resolved:   That the exceptional award of £45,000 of emergency financial assistance to the Plough Arts Centre be approved, and delivered in two payments of £22,500 (one in July for the financial year 2025/26 and one in April for the financial year 2026/27) and that the Plough Arts Centre should report twice a year for the next two years to External Overview and Scrutiny Committee in order that progress on the delivery of their recovery plan can be monitored.   (Vote: For – 11, Against – 1, Abstentions – 0)
