Content: (Key decision):   (1) To note the forecast outturn position for 2024/25 and associated risks.   (2) To delegate authority to the Director of Finance and Performance and the portfolio holder for finance to apply the required virements to support effective management of the overall financial position.   (3) To note the 2024/25 Year end Capital Programme and proposed roll-over of schemes.   (4) Approve a £100,000 financial provision to support a Community Governance Review (CGR) of Eastbourne, commencing later in 2025.   (5) To note Appendix 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report.
