Content: Decision:   That having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment it is recommended that:-   The List of Approved Contractors is amended as follows:-   Companies to be added to the List of Approved Contractors   The following companies have applied to be included on the list and have passed the required assessments:- Company Category Nautilus Roofing & Exteriors Ltd (N021) 17, 17A, 17C, 17D, 17E, 89 Rhys Williams Ltd (R047) 37, 39, 45   Removal of Categories for an approved Contractor   This company has advised they sub-contract work under Categories 48 & 49. All other approved categories will remain.   This company has advised they sub-contract work under Categories 48 & 49. All other approved categories will remain. Company Category BFL Engineering Ltd (B023) 48,49     Reason for Decision:   To keep the List of Approved Contractors up to date and as far as possible, ensure a competitive procurement process.   These recommendations to be adopted for the purpose of supplying a List of Approved Contractors for invitation to tender within the relevant category.   Implementation of Decision:   That the decision be implemented after the three-day call-in period.
