Purpose:

Content: It was MOVED, SECONDED and RESOLVED:   To approve the procurement of a managed disrepairs service through an open competitive process.  The managed service contract will be for 2+1 years, but the service will be focussed on delivering in the first 2 years of the contract.  The value of the service is contained in part 2 of this report. To approve the award of the managed service contract and delegate to the Executive Director of Housing (in consultation with Director of Law and Corporate Governance and the Head of Housing Repairs) the selection of the preferred contractor in accordance with the award criteria published in the tender documentation and agree the final form of contract.
